Tell us about your site, your climate and what you hope to build. BDA ARCHITECTURE, P.C. reviews every enquiry from its Albuquerque studio and replies with a clear next step, whether that is a site visit, a study proposal or a short conversation about materials.
The practice is based in Albuquerque and works across the surrounding high desert, including Santa Fe, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho and the wider central New Mexico region. We also travel for small civic commissions where the climate and materials suit our method.
No. Earth materials are our first language, but every project is matched to its site. We combine sun-dried brick and rammed earth with regional stone, milled timber, lime finishes and carefully chosen modern assemblies so that the building performs as well as it reads.
It begins with a conversation and a walk of the site. From there we prepare a study proposal that sets out scope, stages and fee. After agreement we move into drawing and material sourcing, then remain involved through detail review and completion.
